Head of School

With over 20 years in early childhood education and more than 10 years as Head of School, Sharayu brings a wealth of experience, insight, and passion to Kai Early Years. She is deeply committed to creating a school environment that is nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring, a place where both students and educators can thrive.

As Head of School, Sharayu has played a pivotal role in shaping school culture, academic excellence, and community engagement. She has guided the school through the IB accreditation journey, implemented Montessori and IB-PYP methodologies, and developed programs that encourage inquiry, creativity, and lifelong learning. Her strategic leadership ensures that every initiative from curriculum planning to teacher development and family engagement aligns with Kai’s vision and values.

Sharayu holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Child Psychology and remains an active learner herself. She has completed multiple IB workshops and attended a host of Early Childhood programs on Reggio Emilia and Montessori philosophies, bringing both global pedagogical knowledge and practical insight to her leadership.
