With over six years of experience in the field of education and more than 20 years in finance and operations, Rupal Choudhury brings focus, care, and precision to her role as Head of Operations. She believes deeply in the proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and views Kai Early Years as a community where children, families, and educators work together to create joyful learning experiences.

Rupal oversees operations, safety, compliance, and facilities management, ensuring that systems and processes provide a strong foundation for the school’s growth. Her extensive background in finance and operations allows her to implement efficient, sustainable processes that support both strategic and day-to-day needs. She is guided by the belief that “the smallest details often make the biggest difference.”
