Elmina Jose is an educator, community builder, and lifelong learner who has been part of Kai Early Years since its inception. Beginning her journey as an educator, she has grown into a leadership role where she shapes school advancement and culture, while telling Kai’s story to the wider community.

As Advancement Manager, Elmina combines her classroom experience with expertise in marketing and strategic communications to position Kai as a thought leader in early childhood education. She curates initiatives that share best practices, showcase innovation, and inspire transformation in the early years sector, ensuring that the school’s values of curiosity, creativity, and joy are visible in every interaction.

She also supports Kai CIRCLE as Centre Manager and Programme Leader, overseeing operations, advancement initiatives, and delivering Cambridge professional development courses. Certified in the Cambridge International Certificate of Teaching and Learning, as well as IB and Montessori frameworks, Elmina brings both pedagogical insight and strategic vision to her leadership.
