The primary aim of The Dojo is to bring the benefits of martial arts training to as many children as possible, providing an introduction to traditional art forms while focusing on making learning martial arts a fun and engaging experience. The program aims to help children develop motor skills, coordination, focus, confidence, overall fitness, self-confidence, and emotional skills.
