Parvati Iyer

Early Years Programme Coordinator

Parvati Iyer is the Early Years Programme Coordinator at Kai, where she focuses on creating an environment that helps children feel confident, curious, and independent. She works closely with teachers to guide and support them in bringing meaningful learning to life, and values building strong partnerships with parents, children, and the wider community. Her fascination with how children absorb and flourish in their early years began at a young age, and it continues to shape her deep commitment to early childhood education.

A graduate in commerce from the University of Mumbai, Parvati followed her passion into early childhood education and became a certified Montessorian for ages 0–9, with more than 15 years of experience. She is also a certified IB educator with 5 years of experience and has played a key role in Kai’s IB authorisation and evaluation journey. For Parvati, being part of shaping a joyful and purposeful beginning for children is both inspiring and rewarding. Her vision is for every child to carry curiosity, confidence, and compassion into the world beyond Kai.

“I believe the early years lay the foundation for life, and that transformative education at this stage helps children grow into confident and capable individuals. When we nurture their curiosity and joy for learning from the very start, it becomes a part of who they are as they grow.”
